Christmas: Enenche medical outreach treats 7,000 residents across Benue communities

No fewer than 7,000 residents of Benue State have benefited from a free medical outreach organised by the Senior Pastor of Dunamis International Gospel Centre, Dr Paul Enenche, and his wife, Dr Becky Enenche.

The week-long programme, tagged Healing and Deliverance Crusade with the theme Dominion, was held in four Idoma communities to usher in the Christmas season.

It began on December 15th in Igumale and ended on December 19th in Otukpo, drawing large crowds at the different crusades from Igumale, Iga Okpaya, Adoka and Otukpo.

A team of qualified medical practitioners provided free consultations, treatments and diagnostic tests to residents across the communities.

Services offered included general medical care, treatment of hypertension, malaria, diabetes, skin conditions, ulcers and urinary tract infections.

Laboratory tests such as malaria parasite, Widal, hepatitis B and C screenings were also conducted.

Dental services, including scaling, polishing and tooth extraction, were provided, while the eye clinic handled consultations and prescribed corrective glasses for patients.

Speaking on the program ground, Dr Enenche said returning to his ancestral home annually was a divine responsibility.

Quoting the late evangelist, Dr Uma Ukpai, he said, “As you travel round the world, never forget your ancestral home. Coming to Idoma land every year is not ordinary but divine.”

One of the beneficiaries, Mrs Oigene Adakole, said the outreach brought her long-awaited relief.

“I have endured severe toothache for nine years because I could not afford hospital treatment. Today, through Daddy Enenche and Mummy Becky, I am relieved,” she said.

A senior government official who also benefited from the programme described the outreach as exceptional.

“I have never seen such a free medical outreach anywhere. Everything here is completely free. May God bless Dr Paul Enenche,” he said.

The final day at St Francis College, Otukpo, featured medical services in the morning and a crusade in the evening marked by worship, prayers and testimonies.

The programme ended with a midnight prayer session, during which Dr Enenche declared peace and total restoration for the entire Idoma land.
