Reality TV star Chizzy Francis has come to the defense of his colleague, Phyna, after a video surfaced online showing her involved in a heated altercation at a hotel in Abuja.
In a post shared on social media, Chizzy urged critics to stop attacking Phyna, reminding them that she is human, grieving, and deserves respect.

Chizzy noted that many people are unaware of the struggles others face privately, revealing that Phyna recently lost her sister.
He appealed to the public to show compassion rather than judgment, writing, “Let’s focus on spreading love and support instead. We don’t know what we’d do in her shoes. Let’s be kind. Anyi bu nwanne.”
