Cadbury Nigeria Plc has announced the appointment of Mrs. Folake Ogundipe as Executive Director, effective October 27, 2025.
The company disclosed this in a notice filed with the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and the investing public on Monday.
Mrs. Ogundipe is a senior finance executive with over two decades of experience leading business transformation and delivering shareholder value across multiple industries.
She has held leadership roles in Unilever Nigeria Plc, PES Group, Nigerdock Nigeria Ltd, Subsea7 S.A (UK), Phillips Consulting Ltd, and Investment Banking & Trust Company (IBTC) Limited.
Her career spans the FMCG, energy services, and management consulting sectors, where she has driven operational efficiency, strengthened financial performance, and implemented long-term growth strategies.
Mrs. Ogundipe is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
She holds a Master’s degree in Management from the University of Leicester and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University.
Cadbury Nigeria’s Board stated that it “warmly welcomes Mrs. Ogundipe and wishes her success in her new role.”
