Former governor of Oyo State, late Abiola Ajimobi, has lost his eldest daughter, Bisola Ajimobi Kola-Daisi.
Apples Bite Magazine gathered that the 42-year old, died on Thursday morning, in London, United Kingdom.
Her husband, Kolapo Kola-Daisi, announced the sad development on social media.
“The world has lost a shining star. Bisola was not just my wife; she was my partner in everything. Her spirit will live on in our children”, he wrote.
Bisola, a philanthropist, was the Managing Director of Grandex Nigeria Ltd., a leading retail and wholesale chain established in 1984, and the founder of the prestigious Florence H. Luxury boutique, where she carved out a name for herself.
Prior to her untimely death, Bisola was a special adviser to the Minister of Budget and Planning, Atiku Bagudu.
The Kola-Daisi and Ajimobi families have not officially issued a statement regarding the passing of the late Bisola.
The Special Adviser to the former governor, Bolaji Tunji, also confirmed her death to newsmen in Ibadan.
