Fresh off her Big Brother Naija win, reality TV star Imisi has found herself at the centre of online controversy after one of her posts during media rounds stirred mixed reactions.
Imisi, who has been making several media appearances and sharing pictures from her post-show activities, got fans talking after a recent post on X (formerly Twitter) that many felt was a subtle jab at disqualified housemate Faith Adewale.
In the now-viral tweet, she wrote:
“Crowned. Graced. Rewarded. Faith brought me here, gratitude kept me grounded.”
While some saw the post as a harmless motivational message, others accused her of throwing shade at Faith, who was disqualified from the BBNaija house following a heated altercation.
Some fans flooded Imisi’s comment section to call her out. One user wrote, “Imisi, must you include Faith in your statement? Another added, “Faith brought you where? I blame Nigerians sha.”
