A Nigerian lady has stirred heated discussions online after claiming that any man whose perfume costs less than ₦50,000 is no better than an Okada (motorcycle) rider.

In a post shared on X (formerly Twitter), the lady identified as Peace Ighodaro shocked many with her unexpected opinion about men and their choice of body spray.

In her viral post, she wrote: “As a man, if your perfume doesn’t cost at least 50k, you’re an Okada man.”

The statement immediately drew widespread criticism and laughter from netizens, with many accusing her of classism and unrealistic expectations. Others, however, found the comment humorous and used it to spark light-hearted banter.
