Aradel stated that its Register of Shareholders will be closed on July 10, 2026, to enable the company determine eligible shareholders entitled to receive the dividend.

The company scheduled the dividend payment for July 31, 2026. Qualified shareholders who have completed the e-dividend registration process and mandated the registrar to pay dividends directly into their bank accounts will receive payment electronically on the same day.

In addition, Aradel Holdings disclosed that its Annual General Meeting will hold on July 30, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., while details of the venue will be communicated to shareholders in due course.

The dividend announcement follows the company’s strong financial performance for the 2025 financial year, during which Aradel reported a profit after tax of ₦757.3 billion, representing a 192 percent increase compared to ₦259.1 billion recorded in 2024.
