Omoyele Sowore, former presidential candidate and human rights campaigner, has called for greater accountability among world leaders, cautioning that unchecked authority often sparks resistance from citizens. In his statement, Sowore argued that anyone defending large-scale violence simply because a political leader believes they can act without limits should expect opposition.
