Pastor Leke Adeboye, son of the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, has stirred conversations online after a prayer he made about his wife surfaced on social media.
Pastor Leke prays for loyalty and protection over his wife
In the video making the rounds, Pastor Leke was heard praying passionately, declaring that no woman would look finer than his wife in his presence.
He also prayed that any man who appeared physically fitter than him would miss church services attended by his wife.
During the prayer session, he said, “Any woman that wants to look finer than my wife, the person will not make it near me IJN. Any brother with six packs that wants to be packer than my own will miss all the services that my wife will attend IJN.”
While some viewers interpreted the prayer as an expression of commitment and loyalty to his wife, others questioned the appropriateness of such declarations coming from a pastor, leading to mixed reactions across social media platforms.
