Alozie Hails Onyejiocha’s Role In Labour Reforms

The Publisher of Timnews Signature Magazine, Apostle Chuks Alozie, has praised the Minister of State for Labour and Employment, Nkeiruka Onyejiocha, for what he described as her firm commitment to the Federal Government’s Renewed Hope reforms.

Alozie delivered the commendation in a birthday message to the minister as she marked her 56th year, calling her “a great foot soldier” of President Bola Tinubu’s labour reform agenda.

He said Onyejiocha had demonstrated notable dedication in pushing policies aimed at improving livelihoods, raising living standards and expanding equal opportunities for Nigerians.

According to him, her engagements in labour-related matters have presented the Tinubu administration as labour-friendly, aligning with the Renewed Hope vision for job creation, youth empowerment and innovation-driven growth.

“Your labour development engagements show that Nigeria has the potential to deepen cooperation with other nations, reshape our labour ecosystem through innovation, skills development and youth empowerment, and strengthen inter-agency collaboration,” he said.

Alozie also commended the cordial working relationship between Onyejiocha and the Minister of Labour and Employment, Mohammed Maigari Dingyadi, saying it had contributed to key achievements in the ministry.

These, he noted, include the Renewed Hope Employment Initiative, the Labour Employment and Empowerment Programme targeted at creating 2.5 million jobs annually, and the Revised National Employment Policy 2025.

He further applauded the ministry’s efforts to push for the passage of crucial labour bills and its active role in mediating disputes to avert industrial actions.

Alozie said Timnews Signature Magazine would continue to highlight the minister’s activities, describing her as a leader with foresight and commitment to public service.

He prayed for God’s blessings upon her and urged her to remain steadfast in efforts to promote progress, expand opportunities and strengthen systems that support better living conditions for Nigerians.
