Two men, Shele Taiwo, 38, and Adeola Odunayo, 37, on Monday, appeared before an Ota Magistrates’ Court in Ogun, over alleged assault.
The defendants, whose addresses were not provided, were arraigned on two-counts of conspiracy and assault, but pleaded not guilty.
The Prosecutor, DSP E.O. Adaraloye, told the court that the defendants committed the offences at 5:20 p.m., at Honda Bus-Stop on Idiroko Road, Ota.
