You can marry a village girl, but the man I’ll marry must stay in Dubai or Washington – Lady tells male friend

An audio file of a Nigerian lady explaining why she cannot go below her standard when its time for her to settle down has surfaced online.

She was speaking with her male friend, and stated that the man she would get married to must be staying in cities like Texas, Dubai, Abuja or Washington.

The young woman further said that her male friend can afford to marry a girl that stays in the village, but for her, the standard would have to be different because she is a girl.

According to her, ”They are going to marry me, I am not going to marry them I can’t go less,. But for you as a guy you can go below your standard”
