Her songs are available on almost all digital platforms. Further, the Ethiopian singer was also a nutrition ambassador in Tigray three years back.

Needless to mention, Amra’s father Jeezy is one of the most accomplished rappers in the American music industry. Born on September 28, 1977, Jeezy, 45, started his career in 1998 by founding the record label imprint CTE World alongside his former manager Demetrius “Kinki B” Ellerbee.

Her parents Jeezy and Mahi never married. Two years after the now ex-couple welcomed their bundle of joy in the form of Amra, they got engaged.

However, within three years, the engaged duo called off their engagement and they parted ways. Following their separation, Jeezy announced his relationship with television host Jeannie Mai in November 2018. Three years later on 27th March 2021, The Inspiration singer exchanged vows with the TV host in an intimate ceremony. The couple now is in a happy marriage.

Jenkin’s Mother Filed A Case Against Her Father For Child Support 

After her parents separated, Jenkis’ mom won the custody of their daughter. Later, Jezzy had agreed to pay $7,500 per month for baby support in addition to $30,000 every year for Amra’s school fees.

But, in 2020, amidst the COVID pandemic, Mahi filed a case against her baby’s father with the allegations that he was not paying child support as per their agreement. At the time, Amra’s mom also alleged Jeezy as an absent dad. In this regard, her lawyer stated,

“…she’s originally from Ethiopia and doesn’t have any family in the United States and [was] left as the sole caregiver of the parties’ daughter in this scariest of times.

But, Jeezy denied all the allegations. Later, Mahi again filed the case in family court and the two finally reached an agreement. At present, it seems like the two have resolved the issue.
