Stanbic IBTC Asset Management Limited has declared an interim dividend of ₦3.144 per unit for holders of its SIAML Pension ETF 30 for the period ended 30 June 2025.
The dividend, which is subject to appropriate withholding tax and necessary approvals, will be paid to unitholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on 14 August 2025. No bonus units were proposed.
The Register of Unitholders will be closed from 15 August to 19 August 2025. Payment is scheduled for 20 August 2025 and will be made electronically to unitholders who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar, First Registrars and Investor Services Limited, to credit their bank accounts directly.
Unitholders yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download and submit the E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form available on the Registrar’s website, www.firstregistrarsnigeria.com, or through their respective banks.
The company also urged investors with unclaimed dividend warrants or share certificates to regularise their records with the Registrar to ensure prompt payment.
