Arsenal’s season is over and despite bottling the EPL title race when it mattered most, the Gunners still had a memorable campaign that is definitely among their best in recent years.

Mikel Arteta’s team were entertaining, positive and overall, a good side to watch and this attributes was made possible due to the impact of some Players in the team. These Players always turned up when it mattered most. With that said, here are the top 3 best Players for Arsenal this season;

1. Martin Odegaard

The Norwegian attacking Midfielder and Arsenal captain led from the front as he finished joint top scorer for the Gunners in the EPL (15). He also provided 7 assists and was mercurial in his performances for Mikel Arteta’s team. Odegaard undoubtedly had his best season till date in Arsenal’s colours.

2. Bukayo Saka

The English winger also had a memorable campaign that saw him reach double figures for both goals and assists in the EPL. Saka was brilliant and due to his performances, he was duly rewarded with a new contract recently.

3. Granit Xhaka

The outgoing Arsenal vice captain also had a very good campaign for the Gunners. Xhaka was immense at the heart of the Gunners Midfield. The Swiss no doubt had a season to remember but sadly, he will be leaving the club at the end of the season.
