Phyna forgets celebrity status, storms the streets to buy bole

Big Brother Naija winner, Josephina Otabor also known as Phyna on Tuesday narrated how she forgot she is a celebrity and decided to buy a local delicacy.

Phyna said she had just finished shooting on set and was driving through the streets of the estate she resides when she came across a roasted bole (plantain) and fish spot.

According to the reality TV star, she set aside the fact that she is now a celebrity and began bargaining price with the seller.

She described the experience as a wonderful thing God did in her life, probably because it helped her to relive her life before winning Big Brother.

The hype priestess took to her Twitter account and wrote; “God has done a wonderful thing in my life today oh, so as I just finish for shoot and driving through the street of my estate, na so my eye jam beta bole and roasted fish,? na so I forget say I don blow I come down begin price Bole and fish.”

In other entertainment news, street-hop artiste, Habeeb Okikiola, known professionally as Portable, has blessed an elderly street beggar with money.

The Zazuu star touched down Benin City, Edo State, on Monday and decided to give alms to a homeless woman and her child.

Before handing the cash to her, Portable shared advice with the public on the importance of helping the needy.

He approached them when they were lying by the side of the road and gave both mother and child a dollar bill each.

Portable asked her to stop lying on the street with her son because she received dollars and her status has been elevated.

Sharing the video on his page, the father of three wrote: “ZAzuu God sent Live in Benin City Edo State Emirate Grand Hotel.. Come out let’s party tonight IKA Of AFRICA ? Who Go Help You No Go Stress You Aza Man.”
