People don’t like seeing me happy – Burna Boy

Nigerian Dancehall and Reggae star, Damini Burna Boy Ogulu has said that people do not like it whenever he is happy.

The Grammy-winner stated this in a video posted on social media following the club shooting incident.

Burna Boy said that whenever people see him smiling, they are usually not happy about his state of mind.

He said that despite how people feel towards him, God who is the author and finisher of his faith is superior to them.

In similar news, controversial singer, Portable recently called out Burna Boy over alleged intellectual property theft.

He accused Odogwu of exploiting him for the promotion of his forthcoming album titled, ‘Love Damini’, amongst other reasons.

According to Portable, he does not understand why Burna Boy is taking advantage of his appeal for a collaboration. The Zazuu star alleged that the ‘Dangote’ crooner used a picture of him to promote the album.

He also said that the Dancehall star has started making use of slangs that he introduced and it is not right. Portable further appealed to Burna for a feature instead of using him to promote his personal projects.
