Nigerians Will Beg Tinubu For A Second Term, I Can Bet On Anything – APC Woman Leader, Betta Says

The National leader of the All Progressive Congress (APC) Betta Edu, stated that Nigerians will be begging the President-elect, Bola Ahmed Tinubu to run for a second term again when he finishes his first.

On Thursday night May 25, the former Commissioner for Health in Cross River state revealed this during an interview with Channels Television. She said that she could bet on anything that Nigerians would plead with Tinubu after his first term tenure for a second term.

Betta’s word reads:

“I bet on anything, Nigerians would plead with Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, four years down the line, for a second term.

“The first point we must understand is that Nigeria is a work in progress.”

She continued by referring to the outgoing president’s speech:

“If you listen to the speech of President Muhammadu Buhari at the state banquet hall, he stated very clearly that he has fought a good fight. He said he is handing over Nigeria to someone who he believes will continue from where he stops and do better.”

According to her, Tinubu is a deep thinker who is very strong in analyzing and strategizing. I can boldy tell you that the next 60 days is already spelt out by Bola Tinubu said, Betta.
