Nigerians knock Governors’ Wike, Ikpeazu for vacationing in Turkey

Nigerians have expressed outrage over the decision of Governors Nyesom Wike of Rivers state and his Abia State counterpart, Okezie Ikpeazu to enjoy a vacation abroad.

Wike had announced on Tuesday that he and Ikpeazu were vacationing in Turkey, and he noted that it was much needed.

The former presidential aspirant shared photos on his official Twitter page and wrote;

”Finally enjoying a much needed vacation in Turkey with my brother @GovernorIkpeazu”.

However, Abia state and Rivers state indigenes as well as other Nigerians criticised both governors, saying they abandoned their states.
