Man seen riding horse to work amid fuel scarcity [Watch video]

A Nigerian man has been spotted riding a horse on the streets of Lagos at a time that citizens are grappling with fuel scarcity across the nation.

He was filmed by a lady in a vehicle while riding to work as she expressed disapproval on seeing him ride a horse alongside cars on the road.

In the video she posted online the lady wondered why he would be on a horse on a major road.

She said; ”Someone tell me why this madness is going in Lagos. Someone is driving a horse in the middle of…”
