I wanted to be a household name – Brymo recounts sending his demo to Universal Records at age 19

Nigerian singer, Brymo has revealed that when he was 19 years old, he sent his music demo to Universal Music Group in New York, USA.
According to the ‘Ara’ crooner, he had big dreams and wanted to be a global household name in the industry at that age.
Brymo, however, got the demo returned to him because foreign music labels do not accept unsolicited packages.
He said that despite that early career setback, he is closer to achieving his goal at 38 years and he would still take it as though he did it when he was 19
The singer wrote; ”I wanted to be a global household name in music at 19, sent my demo abroad to universal records New York, had package returned, labels don’t accept unsolicited demos..
Well, I am closer now than ever.. when I finally become that at 38, I would have done it at 19 still… lol.”
