I Lost All My Businesses Because I Criticized Nigerian Pastors – Daddy Freeze

Popular media personality Daddy Freeze has shared how his vocal criticism of Nigerian pastors cost him everything.

He recently revealed that after slamming Nigerian pastors online for years, he lost 100% of his businesses.

Speaking during a candid conversation with businessman Stephen Akintayo, Freeze didn’t hesitate to highlight personal experiences that changed his life.

According to him, despite only speaking out against religious practices that appeared questionable to him, the men of God dealt with his him financially.

“When I came after Nigerian pastors, I lost 100% of my business.

I lost everything. It all went like that,” he said.

The ex-OAP said that several Christians are often unwilling to work with people of other religions, stressing that it is a mindset that needs to change.

“Muslims are more open to working with Christians than the other way round,” Freeze said.

On the long-standing controversy surrounding his divorce, the presenter addressed his ex-wife’s allegation of domestic violence.

Admitting his faults, Freeze noted that they used to fight a lot, and their fights mostly got physical during the heat of the moment.

He further emphasised that most Nigerians don’t believe that any marriage can end without drama, and they always expect the couple to turn to monsters before deciding to go their separate ways.

“Now, in all fairness, we used to fight. And the fight used to get physical.

You can’t just say ‘marriage no work, I want to divorce.’ You must be a monster. If not, they will not divorce you,” he added.
