The controversial reality star, Ifu Ennada has revealed on social media that for some time now she has not been happy.
The ‘Pepper dem’ housemate confessed that she is unable to control her emotions which are rather controlling her and she is learning how to be able to put a stop to it.
Sighted on her Instagram page,Ifu Ennada said her mood swings is the main reason why she is unable to operate at 100% and also accomplish her task with much enthusiasm and when this happens she has no option but to lay down and sulk like a child who needs a mother.
The actress on her Instagram story assured her followers that for now she is vibrant and actually smiling again and she hopes it will last long.

“I am happy again and i will be for a very long time, hopefully…”
“I’m still learning to be in full control of my emotions so they don’t control me and i like the progress i make daily.”
