How I found out my neighbour told our landlord that I’m a Yahoo Boy – Digital Marketer

A digital marketer and social media manager simply known as Bayo, has revealed that he discovered a neighbour reported him to their landlord alleging that he’s an internet fraudster aka Yahoo boy.

According to the young man known as @unclebayotics on Twitter, the neighbour said he came to the conclusion after observing him for a while as he always sees him at home, not knowing that he works remotely.

He revealed the landlord and his dad are friends and it was after the man told his father that he got to know what his co-tenant did.

To repay the neighbour back for falsely accusing him, he decided to cut him off from his Netflix subscription.

Taking to his Twitter on Feb. 7, Bayo wrote;

”Yesterday, neighbor told my landlord that I’m a Yahoo boy and he’s been watching me for a while now. All because I work remotely.

In his mind, he snitched on me but he didn’t know that the landlord is a friend to my dad who called me and told me everything immediately.

The police are not only the problem we have in this country. And yes I took him off my Netflix this morning. Let me start from there!”
