Nigerian youths flooded the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja to greet Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s presidential candidate, who has just returned from a three-day study visit in Egypt.
Remember that the former governor of Anambra said on Tuesday that he would be visiting the country for three days to examine its electricity, education, planning, and finance sectors.
Valentine Obienyem, Obi’s media aide, posted images of the presidential candidate visiting the New Capital Power Plant in New Cairo, Egypt, on his Facebook page on Thursday.
Peter Obi was photographed with engineers at a power facility in Egypt, where they were learning how Egypt grew its power generation to become one of the largest in Africa.
On his return to Nigeria on Saturday, the presidential candidate was met by a swarm of young people who wanted to take selfies with him.
