2.Sugary Beverages .

Sweetened sodas, energy drinks, and sugary fruit juices have become a regular part of people’s diets. However, these beverages contribute to excessive sugar intake and offer little nutritional value. They have been associated with weight gain, type 2 diabetes, and dental problems.

3.Refined Grains.

Refined grains, such as white bread, white rice, and refined pasta, have been stripped of their nutritional content during processing. Consuming these foods regularly can lead to blood sugar spikes, weight gain, and an increased risk of chronic diseases like diabetes.

4.Trans Fats.

Trans fats are commonly found in processed snacks, fried foods and baked goods. These unhealthy fats increase levels of bad cholesterol (LDL) while lowering good cholesterol (HDL). Long-term consumption can contribute to heart disease, stroke, and inflammation.

5.Artificial Sweeteners.
