Festus Keyamo Reacts After a Woman Accused Labour Party of Betraying Peter Obi (Video)

Festus Keyamo, the minister of state for labor and employment, voiced his opinion on social media after a Nigerian woman accused the Labour Party of conspiring against Peter Obi, the party’s nominee for president in 2023, to ensure that he won the election. Such an opinion was expressed by him on Twitter. Festus Keyamo responded to the claim on Twitter by posting a video of a woman who happens to be a Peter Obi supporter saying that the ruling APC party had gathered a lot of young people in Ekiti House, Abuja, while the Labour Party they were committing suicide for was nowhere to be found.

The woman continued by inquiring as to the whereabouts of Julius Abure, Akin Osuntokun, and the presidential campaign council of the opposition party, adding that it was inappropriate for them to be holding meetings and leaving the country at this time. The woman added that the Labour Party is supposed to be leading if they genuinely wanted Peter Obi to win the election but they are not working like the APC and inquired about the individuals who took the money they gave them in support of their campaign rallies.

At last, the woman said, “God will not forgive the Labour Party for allegedly embezzling the funds intended for their campaigns, failing to organize their supporters, and betraying Peter Obi”. Festus Keyamo responded to the video by saying that some of them had warned beginners like the woman in it last year that the cubs would vanish when the jungle finally grew up, and that the video is a prime illustration of what happens when the jungle does.
