Popular comedian, Josh2Funny has come out to respond to Nigerians who have urged him to cut ties with colleague and ex-reality star, Deeone.
Recall that Deeone is currently attracting criticism due to his continuous jabs at popular activist, VeryDarkMan.
Reacting recently via his social media page, Josh2Funny revealed that he does not intend to stay away from Deeone or take him off their joint project titled “The Audition” because they go way back.
According to him, their relationship dates back to 2017, and Deeone deserves his loyalty after consistently supporting him over the years.
“Let me quickly address something! For you people saying I should get Deeone off THE AUDITION, first it won’t work, Do you know how long this show has been? I started in 2017 and me and Deeone has played a key roll on the show, he used to turn up for me anytime I need him,” he wrote.
The comedian insisted that loyalty and dependable friendship matter more to him than bowing to unnecessary social pressure, stressing that he cannot abandon a true friend to please members of the public.
Josh2Funny reminded Nigerians that they are not the only ones who watch his “The Audition” show, therefore, he cannot drop anyone from the show because they are complaining.
The skitmaker concluded bt saying that he is not forcing anyone to like Deeone, but he doesn’t want anyone to tell what to do with his content either.
“Nigerians are not the only ones that watch THE AUDITION so I can’t take Deeone out because you are ratel Abi how I wan take explain ratel to my other audience, enjoy the show or scroll, I’m not saying you must like him but my show is comedy not rants and talking about people. PEACE AND LOVE, DONT PLAY,
