Burna Boy Reacts As Omah Lay And Tems Are Being Charged To Court In Uganda

Burna Boy has taken to social media and pleaded with the Ugandan authorities to allow Omah Lay and Tems to come back to Nigeria safely as they are being charged to court.

Omah Lay and Tems were arrested today, December 14, and detained by the Police in Uganda for violating the country’s COVID-19 restrictions.

This sad news came in shortly after the celebrated singers held a sold-out concert in the East-African nation as Omah Lay confirmed their arrest in a post on social media and revealed that he was in police custody but now he and Tems have been sent to court, and they are treating them so badly as if they have killed someone as they are being sent to court in handcuffs.

The Uganda Police has also taken to their official Twitter page and confirmed their arrest, which made Burna Boy react to the tweet from the Ugandan police.
