Grace was a midfielder, no 9, for the University’s varsity women’s lacrosse team (from 2010-2014).

During high school at Loyola Academy, Grace however played four sports. She apparently played lacrosse for four years, basketball for three seasons, and volleyball for one year across the country.

As a senior in high school, Grace was a team captain of the lacrosse team. She finished her final season with 150 goals, 85 assists and 235 points to go with 125 ground balls and 110 draw controls. With that, she was also the team’s most valuable player. During her junior and senior years in high school, Grace played in four state championship games and won several titles.

While at the University, playing for Notre Dame’s Fighting Irish, the Illinois-born played a total of 33 games scoring 11 goals.

Dooley isn’t the only one from her family who has been into college sports. Her father, Robert played football at Yale and one of her brothers, Robbie was also a collegiate footballer at USC.
