Davido has been in a sad mood for some days now, following the sudden demise of his bodyguard, Tijani Olamilekan aka TJ.

The news on his demise hit the internet on Tuesday morning, December 8, 2020. Within 2017 and 2020, he has lost some close friends which have become a big blow to him.

He developed a brotherly love with them which made him feel like a family. Considering how emotional he is, the death of his friends always affects his happiness and emotions due to their closeness.

Below is a list of 4 people close to Davido that have died between 2017 and 2020:

1. DJ Olu

Olugbenga Abiodun popularly known as DJ Olu passed on in 2017. His demise was quite confusing because his lifeless body was found closer to that of Chime Amaechi in a BMW car parked at a garage on Banana Island, Lagos.

2. Chime Amaechi

Chime Amaechi was found dead in his BMW car with DJ Olu. Per the information gathered, he died as a result of excessive intake of hard drug substances.

He was found dead with blood from his mouth and nose which was alarming but became clear after the autopsy results came out.

3. Tagbo Umeike

35-year-old Tagbo Umeike died as a result of excessive alcohol consumption which was mixed with topiramate, a medication for epilepsy and/or migraines.

4. Tijani

Tijani was reported dead on Tuesday, following a short illness, which is yet to be disclosed.
