Three children of
A Kenyan politician, James Ratemo whose two children went missing have been found dead.
A journalist with The Star, Mosoku Geoffrey revealed the news on Facebook writing: “Three missing children belonging to James Ratemo, Kanu MCA candidate for Kapsoya Ward in Uasin Gishu, found dead and bodies dumbed in River Nzoia. Where is the world heading to?”
The three boys, Clifford Nyambane, Dan Nyamweya, and Glen Ongagi had gone to Eldovil SDA Church on May 13, accompanied by their cousin, but they did not return home.
Police have launched investigations to establish the cause of the deaths. They were aged between six, five and three years.
Six-year-old Nyambane was a class one pupil while his five-year-old brother Nyamweya was in pre-unit. Ongagi was not in school yet.
Their father is vying on a KANU ticket as the chairman of Kapsoya Ward.
